The Tree Appraisal process requires a unique combination of
arboricultural expertise, knowledge of valuation
theory, and an ability to communicate
effectively. Appraisal methods and
approaches should be dependent upon the nature of the claim and the
application of appropriate case law.
Gregory P. David, RCA/BCMA, has been preparing
tree appraisals for over thirty years.
Mr. David currently serves on the ASCA A3G Tree
Appraisal Advisory Committee,
has written and lectured nationally regarding tree appraisal theory, and
is an active advocate for logical and consistent tree appraisal
methodology.
As both an ASCA Registered Consulting
Arborist and an ISA Board-Certified Master Arborist, Mr. David offers proven
